We ship worldwide from New Zealand. Here's what to expect.
1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from New Zealand. If your country isn't available at checkout, email support@roddenhoneyco.com and we'll see what we can do.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items (for example wedding favour tags) may take longer; we'll tell you if so.
3. Delivery estimates
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia & Pacific: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates after dispatch and can vary with customs and carrier conditions.
4. Shipping cost & tracking
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Every order is sent with a tracked service; once dispatched, we email you the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
5. Delivery address
We ship only to the delivery address you provide at checkout (and, where you pay with PayPal, the address confirmed on your PayPal account). We can't change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately at support@roddenhoneyco.com — if it has already shipped, we may need to cancel and re-order. Please make sure your address is correct before paying.
6. Import duties & taxes
Prices are in USD and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your destination country. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
7. Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy.
