1. Who we are

This website is operated by RODDEN & CO HONEY LIMITED (“Roddenhoney”, “we”, “us”), NZBN 9429037279769, Company No. 1031526, a company incorporated in New Zealand on 18 April 2000 with its registered office at 99 Morrison Road, Pukekawa 2696, New Zealand. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell non-food craft supplies — DIY beeswax candle-making kits and related materials (beeswax pellets, cotton wicks, moulds, fragrance oils for candle making, seal wax and accessories). We do not sell food, honey for consumption, or therapeutic products. Any fragrance oils are intended for candle making only and are not for skin, ingestion or therapeutic use.

3. Orders & pricing

• All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm and accept it.
• We may decline or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already charged.
• Product images are illustrative; natural materials vary slightly in colour and texture.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. RODDEN & CO HONEY LIMITED is the seller and merchant of record for every order. For card payments, your statement will show the descriptor RODDEN CO CRAFT; for PayPal, it will show our business name. By checking out you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

7. Acceptable use

Your use of the site and products is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, including the prohibition on counterfeiting branded fragrances and on infringing third-party designs.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without excluding any non-excludable consumer guarantees, our total liability arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse, failure to follow instructions, or damage resulting from burning a finished candle unsafely.

9. Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Sealed” date above shows the current version. Material changes take effect when posted.
